Year SixSeason: Winter Month: December Breeding / Birthing: Year Round There is no end to how cold it is getting, and there is only more winter to come! With the cold season comes extremes of ice and snow that can be painfully sharp on the paws in the north, even for the thickest pelts. Snow has been spotted in even the southern region's woodland cliffs and marshes.

| About Shieb |
If you've read either of my other profiles, you'd know I've been roleplaying for about five years. The added experience has been my eight years before and during my roleplay that constituted of A LOT of writing. And I mean a lot. I enjoy writing stories and books, and an average chapter will be about 9 pages long for me... I may or may not be addicted. :P
I am also aware that creatures are a bit of a strangeness on this site, since it was made for wolves. I assure you I took precautions to make the character so she fit within equal borderlines for her species. Golden Cats are a bit of a mystery, however, so on many parts, even I was guessing. O_O |

Name. Ebele Ironsi
Age. 1 Year [Born August]
Gender. Female
Species. Golden Cat
Physique. Thin, strong
Appearance.
She may be young, but due to the fast growth of her kind, Ebele has reached the general size and build of her elders. Though she expects a bit more growth, her shoulder reaches to 18"- a small size compared to most wolves, but a decent height among her species. She has obtained the stocky build that is inherent to her, with long legs, large paws, and a somewhat short tail. Though she is supposed to also have a heavy build, that is toned down somewhat, making her thinner than most of her kind and giving her a certain kind of grace that she is ultimately unaware of.
On her face are two beautiful, brown eyes whose amber tints are revealed in the sunlight, gold flecks of color glinting now and again. On her head is the full mantle of a Golden Cat, a design said to have been given to her people by the Sun. It is something she wears proudly, and will not tolerate being ruined or scarred in any way, for it would be considered a disgrace. Her kitten fur has entirely fallen out, leaving only a coat of soft, gold-hued fur to glisten in the right light. This fur she keeps meticulously clean, pausing every day to correct small errors. On the inside of her legs are dark stripes, and on her pale stomach, there are a few spotted markings, things she finds most useful when she is hiding in the trees and requires camouflage.
Ebele enjoys water. Having followed Abbas to largely spend her time in the desert, she treasures its cool feel on her pelt more than ever before. She is a fair swimmer, given her run away circumstances, and practice has given her fair footing in the trees as well, when she has cause to use them. Generally, however, Ebele tends to stay on the ground. She has gained a certain level of grace in her step, inherent to cats, and has tripped less and less on rocks and air. The youth is not beyond play-fighting, given the correct circumstances, and tends to use her speed to her advantage, as well as her dexterity, in most situations. Fighting, however, is another matter entirely to her. She will avoid a fight at all costs, unless backed into a corner. She is not a trained warrior, and is all but helpless against someone who is. She claims this is why Abbas comes in handy.
Personality.
Ebele is a princess, and she grew up with this fact in front of her every day. This brought on several things- servants doted on her every need and training round, her father deemed her the most important person in the Golden Cat kingdom, and there was a severe level of pressure put upon her not-so-big shoulders. This has caused several interesting bits to Ebele's personality.
Ebele holds her gilded head high at all times, having acquired a lazy grace that has come of being superior- or what she thinks herself to be. She expects others to dote on her, pay attention to her, and give her every courtesy. Since wandering into Torva, however, she has been threatened, reprimanded, attacked, ignored, and affronted. This has not gone over well with her, but it has taught her a certain level of modesty, honor, and understanding. Though less oppressive than she was a few months ago, she still loves attention, and will not tolerate somebody bad-mouthing her. Sticking around Abbas, she's had to deal with a certain level of ungratefulness, but he's unknowingly paid her back with the novelty of his band of wolves.
While once wanting to be around others with unbearable persistence, her growth seems to have been able to tame her younger personality somewhat. Now she enjoys loneliness to a point, doting on silence and serenity, taking the time to nap during the day, when it's hottest in the desert. There is a certain interest in observing others, she has found, and takes the time to watch Abbas' packmates, discerning relationships and personalities. More than anything, she wants to see if a band that has dedicated itself to fighting wrongdoers will last. She often heard of cases where rebels rose up, and they were often doused just as quickly.
Ebele still believes that her advice may have a heavy weight to it, and that others should listen to her political insights, as she was raised around them. She offers Abbas these insights often, but he generally tends to ignore her. Nor is the youth unwilling to offer her opinion on most matters, often making suggestions that she deems imperative because she is too short-sighted to see other ways, or too stubborn to admit they are there.
In a way, running away has released a certain level of pressure from her shoulders. She knows that she must return home someday, however, and confront her father. This she believes will come later, when she has witnessed the rise and fall of Ciro, and witnessed a true change in politics, and likely war.
Biography.
Born as a single kitten to the king of Golden Cats, Ebele's name stands for mercy and kindness, an irony that she will recognize perhaps later in her life. Her father, Abiola, is a single parent, teaching Ebele the ways of a ruler ever since her youngest days. He is the kind of man who lectured her before she was twelve days old for not being able to open her eyes, and then boasted about her growth three months after. She did her best to become what her father wanted, but since hearing stories about her mother- proud, graceful, and kind- Ebele decided to become even better than what her father wanted.
Most of the time, she has been watched by faithful servants of her father, but as Abiola became more and more busy with things he could not or cared not to talk about, she was watched more and more. And then, suddenly, those watching her suddenly disappeared. The young cat tested the waters, but found that no one reprimanded her when she did strange things. With a new sense of freedom, she wandered even further- and then past the territorial boundaries.
Beyond these boundaries, she found Torva, and almost immediately met Abbas. She has pretty much followed him everywhere since. Though she has met lots of others besides him, she has taken the largest interest in him, and it seemed to work out when he gathered a band of wolves to make the Order of Ciro. Oh, this was the most interesting thing she had spotted since leaving home. Now she joins in the crowd to see what will happen- will Ciro rise, only to fall soon thereafter? Or will it create a lasting empire?
