Appearance.
Raven wind has a raven coloured black pelt, that his her dominant color. Her front paws and chin are both white, leaving the rest of her pelt pure black. In any type of lighting her fur appears to be black as the night. Her fur from a distance looks scruffy but up close its is silky and smooth. Her eyes are pure blue, as the sky which in contrast to her dark coat. Her eyes show that she is a lively, enegertic. Her walk is dominant but if she needs to, she can walk submissively. The way she carries herself is that she tries to appear open and friendly. When she walks she walks elegantly even over roughs terrain. When she travels it looks like she isn't paying attention to her surroundings but in reality she is. She hears every noise, and smells every scent, she sees evertyhing that can be seen but sometimes she doesn't see what can be seen. She is not a bulky wolf, or a fat wolf, she is lithe but still suprisingly strong for her appearance. She is not a large wolf, neither a small her size is medium. On her body she has only one scar, that is across her left hip that can only be seen when she is wet but otherwise her black fur covers it.
Personality.
Raven is friendly to every one especially to the wolves she knows but can be defensive when someone either threatens her or her friends/family. She is also cautious around strangers not wanting to lash out at her. She is open minded to new ideas but always makes sure to think things through. She dislikes being the center of attention so whenever she find herself in that type of situation she will try to escape or avert everyone's attention to something else other than herself. She dislikes when others fight and so whenever she could she will try to stop it even if it involves her joining the fight aswell. Even though she likes being with others she does prefer to have her moments to be alone to allow her to think. She can't stand being alone for long periods of time due to an event in her past. Whenever she sees someone in need she will stop and help them if she able to help them. Her personality is a loving, caring, and motherly nature. She likes being part of a group but doesn't like being the groups center. When she's with others she has dreams about having adventures and excitement in her life but when she is alone she has nightmares, the degree of these nightmares is determined by how long she's been alone. What she fears most in her life is being alone forever with no one there to keep her company, so to help herself fight these fears she falls onto old habits and tries to find some ravens. If she is alone to think her favorite locations to this is high places where she can see the sky and clear her mind. She likes the feel the wind in her fur and is known at times that if the wind is blowing she will suddenly stop what she is doing to feel the wind blow through her fur. When she is alone for to long she is seen following a flock of ravens or trying to talk to one for company.
Biography.
Raven Wind lived a normal life at with her pack until at less than a year old her whole pack was killed by a group of hunters. She was the only one to survive the attack, afterwards she was alone for a very long time. The only reminder of this event was the loneliness of not having a family anymore and the scar on her left hip where the hunter had shot her.
She was to young to hunt so the only way she could survive was to followe the ravens to resent kills. During this time she hated being alone, it made her think of her family and how they were all gone. To get rid of the lonelyness, she either talked to the ravens or tried to convince one of the ravens to stay with her.
Her lonelyness was finally broken when a small pack of wolves found her. Seeing her such bad condition because the only think shes been eating was carrion so they took sympathy on her. They decided to let her in there pack and became one of them. After a long time she was able to adjust to being part of a pack again, but she still feared of being alone. When she began having yearnings to start a new life, she left the pack with her adopted sister for company.
They journeyd for a long time, they meet many wolves and also helped some of them. They tried to help as many wolves as they could during their travels, because the were raised up to believe that helping others was a good thing. They've travelled together to many places and seen many things. One day Raven's adopted sister grew ill, there was nothing Raven could do for her having no knowledge of medicinal herbs. The only thing she could do was watch her adopted sister slowly die from her illness. Once more Raven was alone, after burying her adoptive sister she grieved for several days until she knew she must continue in her journey in memory of her dead sister. With the lost of her adopted sister Raven felt even more alone and so because of it her fear of being alone would rise up and haunt her. So to fight this fear she would try to stay with other loners for company or if she could with other packs if they would allow her to stay with them for awhile. She now travels to find the perfect home for herself to live the rest of her life in with either a partner or with a pack in memory of her dead sister.
