Recently the staff has received complaints about the post lengths falling under the minimum. I myself have noticed this problem as well as the other staff members and I've been guilty of some short posts lately as well. I'd like to apologize for that and also let everyone know that this is definitely a problem.
What are we doing about it?
The staff will be keeping a close eye on posts from now on to ensure that they are meeting the 250 word minimum. PLEASE if you can't tell if you're post is long enough utilize a site such as
http://www.wordcounttool.com/ to make sure it is.
Because this is an important subject this is a mandatory read and I would like each member to sign below to let us know they have read it and agree to obide by the minimum posting requirements!
In other news, I know some of you have noticed that I've been scarce, not only is this due to random outages on the forum around the times I'm online most but also because I'm working on a super secret behind the scenes project! ;) SHHH it's a secret. What this means is, it will be announced when the staff feel it's ready but in the meantime, please bare with me, I have a lot of work to do and may not be posting as much at the time. There is no end to how cold it is getting, and there is only more winter to come! With the cold season comes extremes of ice and snow that can be painfully sharp on the paws in the north, even for the thickest pelts. Snow has been spotted in even the southern region's woodland cliffs and marshes.
